The ability for the (94th ACG) to transcend from the purely technical / operational realm and jargon so as to make non-technical aviation individuals, groups and committees understand "technical aircraft issues" is a valued trait that the (94th ACG) brings to their clients and industry. The client was please and fully understood the current status of the aircraft being considered for purchasing and shortly thereafter, the client proceeded and conclude the purchase of the aircraft from Japan Airlines.
Based on their quality and client driven values rendered toward their client during this first phase of the project, the (94th ACG) soon thereafter was appointed to oversee the aircraft required "next" scheduled heavy maintenance inspection (C-12 type inspection) in accordance with the Boeing Maintenance Program (MPD) which would occur in Victorville, California.
