Quito, Ecuador 17th August 2011: In joint project TIC logistics and the 94th AeroClaims-Aviation Consultant Group provided both logistical and technical support to the Ecuadorian Presidential ERJ-145 aircraft (FAE-051). In an official visit, Ms. Silvia Gutierrez met with members of the Presidential Transport group in Quito, Ecuador to forge and spawn new support efforts that the combined TIC & (94th ACG) team could provide them.

The last flight of N205AU as she is so ever slowly swung away from the airport by the 500 tone crane and she take a Southerly course to come around Le June Avenue

Moments after the ending flight operations of the adjacent runway, the 500 ton crane

started to raise it hug boom structure that

appeared to have been about 400 plus feet in height

Miami, Florida 29th June 2011 (Early Morning): At approximately 11:35 PM EST local time "The Move" commenced. Miami-Dade Airport operation advised that the adjacent runway was officially closed and MCM Construction Company was cleared to raise the 400 plus feet crane boom and place it into position.

Like a slow articulating arm the boom softly rose into position and swung over the perimeter fence of the airport so as to lower its attachment rig over the 737 fuselage. Connections, adjustments and safety checks were done and at about 1:15am tension was placed onto the crane lift cable.

Slowly and softly, N205AU arose and soon thereafter she was suspended about 100 feet over the airport ramp area for final checks before continuing her rise and being swung over onto Le June Avenue. The crane boom performed a slow arc like swing to the South which lasted about 10 mins which soon after the 737 was suspended directly over the traffic lights on Le June Avenue awaiting to touch down. As quite as a bird landing onto the roof of a house, the 737 touched down onto the pre-selected spot which was marked by a spray painted "X" on Le June Avenue.

Just before 2am in the morning of 29th June, N205AU wheels safely touched down thus completing her last flight.

Soon after and with special thanks to Commercial Jet, she was towed to the school and placed into position within the school maintenance yard, thus making the mission a total success for the students of the George T. Baker Aviation School.

Miami, Florida 28th June 2011 (Late Night): Six (6) months after arriving into Miami from Alexandria, Louisiana back on 28th December 2010, the 737 was ready to make the last leg of its journey onto its finial destination to the George T. Baker Aviation School. One could not have asked for better weather conditions as the night was cool and clear with no winds a major plus considering that an entire Boeing 737-201 was to be suspended while when moved by crane.

Much like the event a year earlier with the arrival of the American Airlines MD-82 (N234AA) there was a sense amazement that a year later another commercial jet was "hopping the fence from MIA" and coming over to the school.

Preparations was the key factor during the late hours of night prior to the crane boom being erected and placed into position. MCM Construction Company professionalism and sense of operational / industrial safety was a driving force during the pre-phase hours before the lift and thereafter. Industry friends and colleagues of the 94th AeroClaims-Aviation Consultant Group (94th ACG) all came out to see in amazement in what Benny F. Benitez, Founder and CEO of the 94th AeroClaims-Aviation Consultant Group vision resulted in many working for a common community goal, the benefit of the students at George T. Baker.

Miami, Florida 10th June 2011: June 10th marked a milestone in the ongoing aviation history of Miami International Airport and the Miami aviation industry with the arrival of Lufthansa flight (LH 462) thus marking the first arrival ever of an Airbus A-380 to land at the airport.

The local aviation community of friends and colleagues or as we jokingly say (the usual suspects) were invited by Captain Vito La Forgia to enjoy the tremendous vantage view from his office terrace of the airport to view the arrival of D-AIMD. It was a delightful afternoon of friends, colleagues and aviation, as they all witness the arrival of the huge transport.

Leading the way into the airport was the Eastern Airlines DC-7B from the Historical Flight Foundation (HFF) representing the past and the A-380 following soon after representing the future of commercial air transport.

It should be noted that the arrival of the DC-7B marked the first time in over 40 years that a full passenger equipped and certified DC-7B has landed at Miami International Airport as well.

Miami, Florida May 31st 2011: Having experienced their direct sense of quality and professionalism that the 94th AeroClaims-Aviation Consultant Group (94th ACG) has been known to render onto their clients since being stood up for operation back in the Spring of 2003, World Atlantic Airlines again called on the (94th ACG) for their professional assistance.

This assignment was conducted in Miami as the (94th ACG) was to undertake the position as an outside source so as to conduct an internal audit of the airlines General Maintenance Manual (GMM) for compliance reasons.

This assignment allowed the (94th ACG) to liaise and professionally present themselves to the airlines Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Principle Maintenance Inspector (PMI) and Principle Avionics Inspector (PAI). The (94th ACG) sense of safety and quality is similar and strongly adheres to the guidelines of the FAA.

A complete page by page review the airlines (GMM) was performed and recommendation rendered which resulted in the airline being able to stream line their (GMM) which met the approval of their (PMI) and (PAI). The (94th ACG) was able to ascertain a complete understanding of the airline operation, as well as to meet, directly work and liaise with the leadership at the airline in an utmost professional manner.

Las Vegas, Nevada 10th May 2011: The month of May saw elements of the 94th AeroClaims-Aviation Consultant Group (94th ACG) briefly deploy to the sands of Las Vegas, Nevada to meet up with AVTEC USA for the purpose of conducting a technical / pre buy record audit in accordance with Federal Aviation Regulation (FAR) 121.380 & 121.380a for the benefit of their client, World Atlantic Airlines as they expand their operation in Miami, Florida.

Former American Airlines MD-82, N295AA, s/n 49307 owned by AVTEC USA was a selected fleet candidate aircraft for consideration by World Atlantic Airlines as (94th ACG) was tasked with undertaking the technical / regulatory due diligence for possible consideration.

94th ACG visitation to AVTEC USA allowed them the professional and personal pleasure of meeting the entire AVTEC USA team as well as meeting their President & CEO Mr. Robert Korastinsky and to see first hand AVTEC USA tremendous industry support concerning aircraft parts support. AVTEC USA warehouse was a delightful sight of industrial organization and a well established source of MD aircraft parts support.
