94th AeroClaims-Aviation Consulting Group Established Expertise Within The Realm Of Aviation Equipment and Tooling Technical & Regulatory Surveys Continues Into 2017, With Yet Another Collection Of Pratt & Whitney JT8D-219's

One of our client Pratt / Whitney JT8D-219, turbo-fan engine in full preservation status sitting within its engine cradle at Miami-NDT a primer FAA FAR-145 commercial jet engine repair and overhauled facility located within the Doral section of Miami, Florida.

Yet another of the client engine in a "tear-down" state while it undergoes maintenance at Miami-NDT. This engine is being made ready for future sale and / or lease upon completion of its scheduled engine shop service visitation and re-certification for future utilization. 

Verification 'Show Me" is the means to properly report to our clients. Shown here is a member of the 94th AeroClaims-Aviation Consultant Group technical team, conducting a verification of this engine official Pratt / Whitney engine serial number. This was achieved by slicing a surgical cut into the preservation cover, so as to view and record the engine serial located by the engine gear box.

Shown are various internal component of the Pratt / Whitney JT8D-219 engine. These internal parts are ready for cleaning and detail inspection so as to evaluate their condition and operational status for re-installation in the "built-up" of another engine. This is a common industry standard as according to Miami-NDT, as JT8D-219 parts are becoming harder to source on the open market. 

Miami, Florida 24th January 2017: As the only aviation consultant company within South Florida, the 94th AeroClaims-Aviation Consultant Group (94th ACG) under the leadership of its Founder / CEO and Chief Consultant has a profound and well established reputation in the specialty of commercial jet aircraft engine technical surveys, evaluations and opinionated appraisals for financial institutions (i.e. Banks), private lenders, investors and clients who seek to purchase such assets. With that said in 2016, the 94th ACG rendered their services in this matter toward a total of seventeen (17) engines consisting of Pratt / Whitney JT8D-217 / 219's and General Electric CFM56-3B1's and -C1's.
With such a solid bases and being well trusted on their judgment by many, the new year, 2017 commenced in the same manner as the old year, 2016 concluded in the fact of passing technical and monetary value judgment of a portfolio of eight (8) Pratt / Whitney JT8D-219's for a Washington D.C. investment firm. Currently, since its inception back in 2003, the 94th ACG, combined has looked at and passed technical, regulatory and / or monetary value judgment on well over one hundred and ten (110) engines, thus totaling a combined worth of well over thirty-two (32) million dollars. 

94th AeroClaims-Aviation Consulting Group Commences Their 14th Operational Year 2017 With Their Ongoing Support Toward The Eastern Airlines Flight 401 Tribute Group

Shown is George T. Baker Aviation Technical College Principle, Mr. Ciro Hildago listening to Mr. Ron Infantino a surviving passenger from Eastern Airlines L-1011 crash which occurred on 29th December 1972 when aircraft N310EA crashed into the Florida Everglades.

Sitting next to Ron is Mrs. Beverly Raposa, surviving, former Eastern Airlines flight attendant who on that faithful night of the crashed help many and as she herself being badly injured.

Shown within the group shot is the only suit case that survived the crash and which inside held the camera of flight attendant Mercy Ruiz (was not in attendance) of which had pictures of the cabin take before departing John F. Kennedy Airport, New York to Miami, Florida.

A long time supporter of the Eastern Airlines Flight 401 Tribute Group and an honorary member is Benny F. Benitez, Founder / CEO, Chief Consultant of the 94th AeroClaims-Aviation Consultant Group. Benny and fellow colleague and friend Captain Catherine Smallwood who is also an honorary member herself have closely worked with Ron, Beverly and the rest of the group to support them since 2009.

Miami, Florida 23rd January 2017: As a supporter of the Eastern Airline Flight 401 Tribute Group since 2009, Mr. Benny F. Benitez the Founder / CEO and Chief Consultant of the 94th AeroClaims-Aviation Consultant Group (94th ACG) along with a dear friend and industry colleague, as well as an Associate Consultant to the 94th ACG, Captain Catherine Smallwood have supported Ron, Beverly and the rest of the group.The latest effort that Benny is spear heading is to find and hopefully secure a site so as to established and erect the memorial site. 
This has been a daunting task for many years and with real-estate at a premium here in Miami, Florida and a general unawareness toward the significant that this crash contributed to the current day safety makes it a hard earn goal to reach. But Benny came up with and idea to see if maybe the memorial site could be established on the grounds of the George T. Baker Aviation Technical College along Le June Ave, just a stone throw from Miami International Airport. The angle that Benny is hopefully banking on is the issue of Crew Resource Management (CRM) a trait that is so important within the many sectors of aviation. Also, it would be of value for young, budding aviation professionals to be aware and have a critical understanding of how working as a team in talking to one another so as to achieve the goal of safety be it in the cockpit or on a maintenance team.

Miami, Florida June 2016: Rending opinionated, fair market appraisals toward commercial jet engines was a large portion of our production toward many financial institutional client in 2016. We accomplished well over eleven (11) Pratt & Whitney JT8D-219's. All totally over 3.2 Million dollars in commercial engine assets. 

Homestead, Florida June 2016: Aside of our deep rooted business involvement within the South Florida aviation and business market, the 94th AeroClaims-Aviation Consultant Group is the only aviation related company that has a presence and involvement with region world political efforts, contacts and presence. 

Homestead, Florida June 2016: In conjunction with the City of Coral Gables, the AIR FORCE ASSOCIATION (AFA), the 94th AeroClaims-Aviation Consultant Group, supported the U.S. Southern Command efforts to transport a donated fire truck to the Central American Country of Nicaragua. 

Miami, Florida July 2016: The 94th AeroClaims-Aviation Consultant Group, the only South Florida aviation consultant group with strong and established ties to the U.S. State Department provided their invaluable training concerning commercial aircraft technical issues for tactical application for the Haitian National Police via the International Narcotic Law enforcement program (INL).

Miami, Florida July 2016: The 94th AeroClaims-Aviation Consultant Group is the creator of a one of kind course which has been applied and undertaken by the FBI renowned Hostage Rescue Team (HRT), the Miami-Dade Police Department Special Response Team (SRT), the National Police of Guatemala, the National Police of Haiti and approved by the U.S. State Department and known as Commercial Aircraft Technical to Tactical (CATT).

Miami, Florida Sept 2016: Having established a solid and reputable presence with the financial world concerning the rendering of opinionated, fair market aviation equipment and tooling appraisal reports and being approved by the board of director for many banks within South Florida and as far out west as Phoenix, Arizona, 2016 saw an tremendous up tick in the amount of General Electric CFM56-3B1's, -3B2's and -3C1's engines which were scrutinized by the 94th AeroClaims-Aviation Consultant Group. 

Miami, Florida Oct 2016: 94th AeroClaims-Aviation Consultant Group under the leadership and guidance of if Founder / CEO and Chief Consultant Benny F. Benitez resonates strongly within South Florida as an industry organizer who are able to pull together projects, assets and people. Case in point through the tutelage and Mr. Benitez, Lighting Air Spares under the leadership of Mr. Kevin Ward (black shirt) a former graduate of George T. Baker Aviation Technical College agreed to donate an entire, complete set of overhauled flap and slats with all attachment for the benefit of supporting the Boeing 737-200, N205AU, which was secured and donated by the 94th AeroClaims-Aviation Consultant Group to the college back in 2011.

Doral, Florida Nov 2016: As November drew near so did our Nation Veterans Day Holiday and once again the 94th AeroClaims-Aviation Consultant Group presence was seen and appreciated within the community. In supporting the City of Doral annual Veteran Day Parade, the Grumman HU-16E Albatross nose section was brought into action for all see as it participated in the parade. This was yet another project created, organized and led by the 94th AeroClaims-Aviation Consulting Group in teaming up the George T. Baker Aviation Technical College and the U.S. Coast Guard Air Station Miami in the cosmetic restoration of this nose section that would otherwise have gone to the scrapper and with it a piece of aviation history lost.

Benitez was asked to speak at Veteran Day ceremony at AAR MRO facility on Miami famed 36th Street.

 Homestead, Florida Nov; 2016: As the only Miami based aviation consultant company, the 94th AeroClaims Aviation Consultant Group has an excellent professional and personal relationship with the Miami-Dade Police Department, especially with the Special Response Team (SRT) and the aviation unit. In 2016 the 94th AeroClaims Aviation Consultant Group assisted and advised for (SRT) on numerous aviation related issues, especially with their originally made training syllabus called Commercial Aircraft Technical to Tactical (CATT) to show and teach tactical Law Enforcement Operator to know and how to exploit technical attributes on a commercial aircraft for the purpose of a successful liner assault. 

Columbia, SC. Dec 2016: As the year was drawing to close during the month of December, the 94th AeroClaims-Aviation Consultant Group still had allot to achieve with many clients within their book of business outside of Miami, Florida. Such was the case when successfully advising an Atlanta, Georgia client to launch their cargo contract service with a major U.S. based package / cargo company to flight a series of light cargo / package flights in the Southeast of the U.S.

Columbia, SC Dec 2016: One of the key issues of successfully assisting in advising their Atlanta, Georgia client was the securing of a reputable and established FAR-135 King Air operator to provide the contracted aircraft's.  Calling upon professional and personal contacts within the industry ranging from the FAA to the aviation insurance sector,such a candidate operation was sourced and utilized for the benefit of the client.

Myrtle Beach, SC Dec 2016: Shown is typical cargo load which made up over 35 flights for  period ranging from 15th December 2016 to 5th January 2017, which was a tremendous success for the client. Thanks to the experience, guidance and professional tutelage as applied by the 94th AeroClaims-Aviation Consultant Group assisted the client established permanent routes for 2017.   

Miami, FL Dec 2016: As the operational 2016 year drew near, the 94th AeroClaims-Aviation Consultant Group came through in their onward and never ending assistance toward the George T. Baker Aviation Technical College in securing and coordinating the donation of two Pratt & Whitney JT8D Engine maintenance stands to support Bakers FAA FAR-147 maintenance training program.

Miami, FL Dec 2016: Through the generous donation from Miami-NDT long time friends and clients of the 94th AeroClaims-Aviation Consultant Group, the College was the recipient of two Pratt & Whitney JT8D Engine stands.

Miami, FL Dec 2016: With a total of well over 14 commercial jet engine appraised by the 94th AeroClaims-Aviation Consultant Group during the 2016 operational years one more for good luck appeared to have been the motto, as they company was appointed for yet one more engine to undertake by one of their Miami, Florida based commercial banks. This General Electric CFM56-3C1 ended the 2016 for just CFM56's to a total of four engines.

Phoenix, Arizona Dec: 2016:  One indicator in business that lets you know that you are good, dam good at what you do and how you serve your clients is when they keep coming back for the same service which they have depended on for the benefit of their business. Such was the case for the 94th AeroClaims-Aviation Consultant Group when for the 4th time their client known as International Air Response a Mesa, Arizona, Lockheed C-130 operator called on them once again. Since 2012, the 94th AeroClaims-Aviation Consultant Group has handled all fleet aircraft appraises for International Air Response.
