Lake Land, Florida 12th March 2013: With the commencement of 2013, the 1st quarter of the year saw the 94th AeroClaims-Aviation Consultant Group (94th ACG) deploy locally to LakeLand, Florida so as to undertake their first aircraft pre-buy inspection survey of 2013 for the benefit of their client, Bischoff Aerospace, LLC of Miami, Florida. The subject aircraft was a 1989, former U.S Airways, Boeing 737-300, N532AU, serial number 24479. The aircraft was complete, less two engines and currently under the Boeing short term storage program as administered by Florida Modification Specialists and FAA Repair Station # CRS3FMR327B. According to www.faa.gov a check of the registration / tail number indicated that the subject aircraft is owned by N532AU, LLC. an organization appeared to be own in partnership by Sam Albornoz of Aviation Technical Advisers of Miami, Florida.
The aircraft underwent a detail, daylight, visual inspection of the exterior, interior (cockpit & cabin) as well as the landing gears, landing gear compartments, APU unit, baggage compartments and the forward Electronic and Electrical (E and E) compartment. The aircraft appeared to be in fairly good condition and under an administered storage program.
Soon after the physical inspection was completed a review of the aircraft records in accordance with but not limited to Federal Aviation Regulation (FAR) 91.417, 121.380 and 121.380(a) as the primary guidance FAR's that were administered by the (94th ACG) to which no faults were found that would have prevented the purchase of the aircraft by their client.
It should be noted that the (94th ACG) strictly adheres to the application of the FAR's when undertaking such assignments and consider themselves as C.A.R.E (Citizen's Aviation Regulatory Enforcers) in their support toward safety and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
