Thursday February 21st, 2008 Guadalajara, Mexico: Upon our return from Holland, we deployed South of the boarder to meet with Mexico first operator of the CRJ-50.
Aerolineas Meso American (ALAMA), headquatered in Guadalajara, Mexico operates an existing fleet of 21 CRJ-50's with anticipation to reach 34 aircraft by years end 2008. In a joint project venture with AeroLink of Miami, an established part provider, the 94th ACG and AeroLink plan to assist ALMA Airlines with C-Check pre-planning for consumables and pre-draw items and assist in purchasing of key CRJ-50 parts.
The 94th ACG amble amount of experience with the CRJ-50 shall be an added value service to ALAMA, Airlines, as their influence was greatly applied in assisting Raleigh / Durham based Midway Airlines back in the late 90's to certified and implement their initial fleet of 10 aircraft from production.
