Miami Lakes, Florida 17th December 2008: One of the things that is always refreshing to us at the 94th AeroClaims-Aviation Consulting Group (94th ACG) within our fluid and dynamic industry is learning about service providers whose core mission is pure quality and excellent customer service.

Today, the (94th ACG) experienced that first hand when undertaking a full facility survey of Continental Aircraft Support, located in Miami Lakes, Florida.

Established five years ago and composed of a team of highly seasoned professionals whose lineage could be traced back to the world famous, high quality Barfield Company, Continental Aircraft Support brings a new standard toward producing a quality product.

A review of their shops, tooling, manuals, proceedures, as well as speaking with key company personel like Mr. Luis D. Ezra, V.P. of Quality Assurance and Mr. Jose Paez, V.P. of Production and with many of their technicians, it was evident that these individuals all share a passion for "Aviation" and a vision of excellent that would rival any large world airline or military overhaul facility concerning their speciality.

Continental Aircraft Support is what we call an "Aviation Aware" organization, as they are assisting in the repair of key avionics equipment belonging to a former Easter Airline DC-7B, which is being resorted at Opa Locka Airport and to the best of our knowledge is the only such facility in all of Miami assisting with their expertise and professionalism toward this project. What galvanized our professional opinion of Continental Aircraft Support, was a comment made to us by Mr. Carlos Rodriguez, V.P. of Operation toward the end of our survey in which he stated "Our product is our passion". We at the 94th ACG Congratulate Continental Aircraft Support for being an example of excellent within the community.

Opa Locka, Florida December 13th 2008: The 94th AeroClaims-Aviation Consulting Group (94th ACG) spent a day getting check out on the Lockheed KC-130J belonging to United Stated Marine Corp. Squadron VMGR-252. VMGR-252, under the command of Lt. Col. Robert P. Cote is based out of Marine Corp. Air Station Cherry Point, located in Cherry Point, North Carolina.

VMGR-252 is the oldest continually active service squadron within the Marine Corp.

Established in June 1928, in San Diego, California, the squadron was re-designated several time over the next decade. In July 1941, the squadron was designated Marine Utility Squadron-252 then in April 1945 was then changed to Marine Transport Squadron-252.

VMGR-252 was heavily involved during World War II, after the war the squadron relocated to its current home at Cherry Point, North Carolina. On February 1962, the unit got its current designation as "Marine Aerial Refueler Transport Squadron VMGR-252".

In July 1981, VMGR-252 was award the Humanitarian Service Medal for their role in assisting many Cuban refugees who escaped Cuba during June 1980. Today, VMGR-252 consist of 240 Enlisted personal, 50 Officers and 12 aircraft's. In its 76 years of operation and service to our great Nation, VMGR-252 has flown 30 different type of aircraft. The latest version of the venerable Lockheed C-130 "J"-Model, which we received a full ground / pre-flight check out were obtained in 2005. The 94th ACG is looking to "adopt" the squadron and support the moral and welfare of the troops within VMGR-252 through yearly monetary donations.

Opa Locka, Florida 14th December 2008: As a continued story from April 2008, the 94th AeroClaims-Aviation Consulting Group (94th ACG) visited Mr. Carlos Gomez to see at to the progress on this tremendous project, the restoration of an ex-Eastern Airline DC-7B. During the visit the application of the Eastern call letters onto the fuselage and the laying of the interior floor carpet was witnessed.

The effort is now in full swing for a 21st December 2008 "Open House" to show the public and the aviation community the quality work undertaken and accomplished by Mr. Gomez and his talented group of mechanic / artisan's!

We toured the aircraft while Mr. Gomez proudly explained to us the many hurtles and many accomplishment achieved in this labor of love.

The 94th ACG was please to learn that a local Miami based Avionic FAA Repair Station known as Continental Aircraft Support has stepped up to the plate and offered to repair a vast array of the avionics equipment on the DC-7B free of charge a tremendous help to the project.

The 94th ACG shall be present during the 21st December event to render its assistance and with the launch of a new subsidiary in 2009 to be know as the "Digital Aircraft Factory" shall work closely with Mr. Gomez and the Atlantic Aircraft Model Shop of Miami with Mr. Roger Jarman to create high quality digital art rendition of the aircraft as well as other marketing material.

Fort Lauderdale, Florida December 12th 2008: Elements of the 94th AeroClaims-Aviation Consultig Group (94th ACG), which included their Founder & CEO, Mr. Benny F. Benitez, Ms. Catherine Smallwood, Director of Flight Ops / Chief pilot and Mr. Roosevelt Viana, Director of Latin American (Brazil)-(not photographed) linked up with Mr. Ran Meriam (shown above) at Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport (KFXE) to survey F-86H s/n 53-1255 for the possible undertaking upon successful bid and awarding by the City of Fort Lauderdale toward repairing the aircraft.

A veteran of the United States Air Force (USAF), s/n 53-1255 survived 15 years of active flying service only to succumb to damages caused by Hurricane Wilma back in 2005. The 94th ACG is to spearhead a 2009 community project to get this USAF veteran back to its former glory. The 94th ACG is to rally the South Florida aviation community and local aviation schools to assist in this worth wild project and closely work with the City of Fort Lauderdale.

A great deal of appreciation is owed to Mr. Duncan Curtis an F-86 Historian and who run a proper website dedicated to the F-86 (F-86. tripod.com) and who is reachable via (DunxC@aol.com). Through Mr. Ducan the following history of s/n 53-1255 has been noted, its reads as follows:

1. F-86H-10 built as serial number 53-1255 under USAF contract number 203-27, assembled at the North American plant located in Columbus, Ohio.

2. Delivered to the USAF on 25th February 1955

3. Its first active service was with the 474th Fighter Bomber Group based at Clovis A.F.B, New Mexico on 25th February 1955

4. Last active squadron service was with the 104th Fighter Interceptor Squadron (FIS) later becoming the 104th Tactical Fighter Squadron (TFS) based out of Martin Field, Maryland with the Maryland Air National Guard (ANG)

In between the above duty assignments, s/n 53-1255 served with the 2584th, 142nd, 138th, 119th and the 177th USAF squadrons. Finally in 1971, the aircraft was donated to the City of Fort Lauderdale were it has been on display since.

Miami, Florida November 5-7th, 2008: In a joint venture with Raiden Solutions, Inc., a Miami based Cargo Loader software development Firm, the 94th AeroClaims-Aviation Consulting Group (94th ACG) has been certified as an MD-11F Cargo Aircraft Load Planner, as members of the (94th ACG) team to include the CEO and Chief Pilot underwent a three day course at Aeroservices Training Center of Miami, as they were hosted by Miami based Centurion Air Cargo, a DC-10F and soon to be Miami first MD-11F cargo operator.

Calgary, Canada Monday July 7th-10th, 2008: On its ever relentless mission to expand their global service market, the 94th AeroClaims-Aviation Consultant Group (94th ACG) was called upon by the Chennai, India based Conglomerate known as Ramco Industries / Madras Cements to provide them the technical, regulatory and professional services in which the 94th ACG, under the command of its Founder and CEO, Mr. Benny F. Benitez is known and well respected for through out the global aviation market, so as to establish a proper pre-buy, technical and regulatory review of the subject aircraft C-GPII (shown above) prior to purchase.

Acting on a short notice / advisement to deploy, the team consisting of Mr. Benitez and Mr. Gary Marange a former Transport Canada Inspector and an associate of the Firm, arrived into Calgary 72 hours after being advised, so as to act for the benefit of their client. La Ceiba, Honduras, May 2008: After a success and productive visit to Santo Domingo concerning the SAAB 340 issue, the 94th AeroClaims-Aviation Consultant Group (94th ACG) relocated to Cayman to meet with Cayman Airlines ex-CEO Mr. Mike Adams before being once again assigned on behave of Plus International Bank of Miami (ref: toward U.S. Govt EX IM Bank) to La Ceiba, Honduras so as to undertake a full blown airline audit of Atlantic Airlines.

The 94th ACG group relocated from Cayman to La Ceiba, Honduras via Atlantic Airlines B737-200 (HR-ATN s/n 23040). While on the ground in La Ceiba, the 94th ACG administrated a full blown airline audit to provide the Bank with an established first hand knowledge of the operator potential, and weakness. The fleet in which was reviewed by the 94th ACG consisted of B737-200's, LET 410's, Fokker F-27's and one lone AVRO HS-748! (HR-ATC).

Atlantic Airlines Owner and CEO, Mr. Miguel Arevalo and his staff were open, respective and helpful during the "ALL ACCESS" inspection and audit. The culmination of the assignment for the 94th ACG was taking an Atlantic Airlines flight from La Ceiba to the Capital of Tegucigalpa on board in what could very well be the only airworthy AVRO HS-748 within the whole of Latin America, so as to meet with the head of the Honduran Civil Aviation (DGAC) Director, Mr. Guillermo Seaman to discuss the affairs of Civil Aviation both in Honduran and Central America, as well as the DGAC outlook and experience with Atlantic Airlines.

Santo Domingo, May 2008: From May 5th to the 9th, elements of the 94th AeroClaims-Aviation Consultant Group (94th ACG) whistle providing technical assistance toward their client, Plus International Bank of Miami (in support of U.S. Govt. EX IM Bank), operated within the Dominican Republic, concerning the inspection and audit of the first two SAAB 340's ever registered within Santo Domingo.

The 94th ACG liaised with the local operator known as CaribAir who is the first airline to operate the SAAB-340's within the Dominican Republic for revenue service.

Aircraft's HI-848 (s/n 128) & HI-868 (s/n 138) under went a full physical inspection, records audit and appraisal for the benefit of the Bank and had their hull's/ net value confirmed.

While there, the 94th ACG got a real first hand look at the schedule charter and corporate aviation sectors within the Dominican Republic and wasted no time to establish potential contacts with local aviation entities for future use and business prospects.

The 94th AeroClaims-Aviation Consultant Group and the Salvage of a C-130/B in Burkina Faso, Africa

Burkina Faso, Africa 4th Quarter 2007: Base on the Firms proven and established experience concerning the salvage of large commercial aircraft with their skills having been put to the test time after time within the interior of Latin America as a whole for the benefit of Airclaims, Inc. and London Underwriters, the 94th ACG was summoned by a South African organization to advise and guide on the successful salvage of a Lockheed C-130B within the interior of Burkina Faso, Africa.

Elements of a U.S. based security detail accompanied the 94th ACG advisors to Africa, as well as into the interior of Burkina Faso to assure a secured work / operational zone, as well as overall safety. Working with the local Government, vast number of labor was provided to make up for the lack of heavy equipment, usually associated with the salvage of such large aircraft. Originally, the ex-Algerian aircraft was downed by small arms ground fire and MANPADS / Shoulder to Surface fired missile back in 2005.

Due to the shear real-world flying experience of the "Aussie" crew and despite the heavy structural damage to "AF-93 Black" from the sustained fire, the crew was able to make an emergency landing 28 miles south of the town of Dori in Burkina Faso with no injury to crew or post crash landing fire.

Our client in Belgium, known as Air Traders Belgium (ATB) called asking if we were available to deploy to Ashville, North Carolina on their behave to perform a physical & regulatory records audit on the 1968 Gulfstream G-IISP shown above, N225MS (s/n-1159-8).

Ever since our inspection five years ago, the 94th AeroClaims-Aviation Consulting Group has specialized within the realm of Corporate and General aviation aircraft concerning physical inspections, regulatory records audit, risk management, and post accident claims advisement's.

Ms. Munoz bring a wealth of business management experience as well as solid airline operation experience, as she served with American Airlines operations in Caracas, Venezuela for many years.
Ms. Munoz attention to detail and shear ability to handle any situation with the utmost of ease makes her an indispensable and valuable asset to the group.

Ms. Munoz holds a degree in Business Administration within the travel sector from the University of Caracas. In a joint venture with her travel company, VuelaGobal, Ms. Munoz is overseeing the creation of our internal travel department for our world wide consulting staff travel needs. Opa Locka, Florida April 2008: As both an advocate and supporter of historic aviation worldwide, the 94th AeroClaims-Aviation Consultant Group (94th ACG) has proudly observed the progress of a local Miami project with great stride and accomplishment. Ever since its arrival into Opa Locka Airport two years ago, the above Douglas DC-7 under the talent, experience and effort of one Mr. Carlos Gomez of Legendary Airlines who is transforming what was once a well weather worn DC-7 (seen above) into a glimmering example an Eastern Airlines commercial aircraft of the 1950 era, has captured a great period of aviation history.

With our recent involvement with the newly created and launched National Museum of Commercial Aviation located at Atlanta Hartsfield Airport (ATL), we will see as to how we, the (94th ACG) could blend and pair up what appears to be two tremendous groups who will safe guard and preserve the presence of the Classic Propliners and the History of Commercial Aviation in our Nation.

We are proud of one individual who since being a ROTC Cadet at U of M has proudly taken flight. 2nd Lt. Brandon Viani USAF (green flight suit), who graduated last year 2007 from U of M is currently under going preliminary USAF flight training. While working at mentoring and guiding the ROTC Cadets, 2nd Lt. Viani displayed a great level of dedication and professionalism, which has and will continue to propel him in his USAF Pilot career. The 94th AeroClaims-Aviation Consulting Group Delivers a Piper Aztec to Client in Roatan, Honduras

June 2006 Miami, Florida: The 94th AeroClaims-Aviation Consulting Group (94th ACG) was retained by a U.S. Central American Construction Company to oversee the inspection, purchase and delivery of their first ever Company aircraft. TradeMark Builder of Roatan, Honduras engaged with the (94th ACG) to ensure the successful acquisition and delivery of their Piper Aztec N40603.

The (94th ACG) in conjunction with their Aviation Strategic Alliance Partners (A.S.A.P's) Atlantic Aviation of Tamiami Airport (KTMB) undertook the pre-buy inspection of the aircraft.

Upon a successful inspection by Atlantic Aviation and identifying well over 18 squawks of which the seller properly addressed, the aircraft was ready for delivery.

After rendering the plane a proper exterior detailing and interior deep cleaning, as well as all the applicable ferry flight insurance paperwork and other related documents were in order, the ferry pilot was called into play. Mr, Chris Waltson an experienced and well respected ferry pilot and both a friend and associated of the Firm was summoned to deliver N40603 to Roatan (RTB). Pilot in Command Waltson successfully and in a timely manner delivered the aircraft to the client who were amazed and delighted at the level of client / customer service in which they experienced from the monument they signed the retainer with the Firm until the aircraft was delivered in a brilliant exterior shine and squeaky clean logbook.

The 94th AeroClaims-Aviation Consulting Group Provides Initial Insurance Claim Advisement to Opa Locka Airmen

September 2008 Opa-Locka, Florida: Last year the 94th AeroCliams-Aviation Consulting Group (94th ACG) were the first on the scene at Opa Locka Airport (KOPF) when a Cessna 208 Caravan (N701SE) and a Beech 18 (N18R) collided on a taxiway in near prefect clear visibility. Apparently, the Cessna 208 was cleared by the tower to a certain spot on the taxiway nearest the U.S. Customs Building, as it was returning from a Caribbean destination whistle, the Beech 18 was cleared to the same location by Ground Control.

Both aircraft sustain repairable structural damage. The Cessna C-208 was ultimately repair by ALCA Avionics who performed a near flawless repair scheme and repair. The Beech was repair by an unknow facility. Associate Consultant, Mr. Mike Gabriel shown above checks out the Beech right hand leading edge which sustained the brunt of the damage caused when the Cessna 208 propeller ripped into it.

The 94th AeroClaims-Aviation Consulting Group On The Asian Route To Shanghai

Tuesday February 26th, 2008: Chasing the Sunset! With our entry into huge and dynamic Chinese Aviation Market, the 94th AeroClaims-Aviation Consulting Group (94th ACG) chased the sunset from Minneapolis to Narita, Japan in route to reach Shanghai, China, while traveling aboard NorthWest Airline Boeing 747-451, N662US, s/n 23720.

We experienced the delightful service in NorthWest First / Business Class cabin , which made the flight a memorable one on our first venture into Asia from our normal business area of operation which normally is the Caribbean and the whole of Latin America.

Flying over the vast and isolated expanse of the North Pacific made one fully appreciated the security and dependability of a four engine aircraft such as the marvelous Boeing 747, the true and undisputed Queen of the sky.
