The 94th AeroClaims-Aviation Consulting Group in Puerto Rico as Technical Surveyors for a Miami based Law Firm

September 20-21st, 2007 San Juan, Puerto Rico: The 94th AeroClaims-Aviation Consulting Group (94th ACG) established and recognized ability to transcend the realm between the technical and legal arenas of Aviation and having served as "Aviation Legal Expert Witness" toward many cases in Miami, with an established record of successful ending toward the many legal cases in which they served on as well as being chosen by the Miami-Dade County District Attorney's Office to act as the D.A. Aviation Expert Witness in the landmark case toward two former America West Airline Pilots, who were charged with being intoxicated, and who were successfully prosecuted, in the first ever case in the U.S. where as Airline Pilots were found guilty and charged to serve jail time for alcoholic intoxication while on duty at the control of an Airbus A-319, the 94th ACG was called upon yet another Miami based Legal Firm.
The Law Firm of Stearns, Weaver, Miller and Weissier called upon the 94th ACG to assist them as their Technical Surveyors concerning a ground incident at the Santana FBO involving their client, a Puerto Rican based cargo carrier, known as 4 Star Air Cargo. The subject aircraft a Douglas DC-3, bearing tail No. 131FS, sustained extensive ground damage while stationary to its rudder and elevator areas as a result of being blown by a Bombardier Global Express belonging to United Technologies, bearing tail No. N34U whistle taxing into the Santana FBO ramp area.
The 94th ACG deployed to San Juan, Puerto Rico to inspected and document the damaged aircraft to assist the Firm toward their legal approach on behave of their client.
