94th AeroClaims-Aviation Consulting Group Audits and Inspected the Peruvain Presidental B737-500 FAP-356

September 10-14th, 2007 Lima, Peru: The Montreal, Canadian based Company known as ACASS called up the 94th AeroClaims-Aviation Consulting Group of Miami (94th ACG) to act as their technical / regulatory advisers and auditors concerning the inspection and review of the Peruvian Presidential Boeing 737-500, bearing Peruvian Air Force s/n FAP-356 on behave of a Saudi Arabian client who was considering the aircraft for purchase.
The experience of the 94th ACG concerning Boeing Maintenance Program Documents (MPD) and their technical due diligence reviled serious problems with the schedule maintenance program in as the Peruvian Air Force (FAP) accomplished all of their scheduled 2 year Boeing interval checks in accordance with the Boeing Low Utilization Maintenance Program "LUMP" but they were all off by one year in sequence.
The aircraft which was delivered by Boeing to the (FAP) in 1995 should have had its first C-check done in 1997, but instead it was accomplished in 1998 and all checks therefore were off by one year. Subsequently, other issues such as the Boeing PATS Aux-Fuel Tank (A.D.) were discovered by the 94th ACG which made the aircraft unappealing to the Saudi buyer and therefore was not purchased. The 94th ACG experience and recommendation saved the potential buyer from serious conformity / certification problems thus making the 94th ACG a well worth "Added Value" market assest.
