94th AeroClaims-Aviation Consulting Group In Partnership with Mach One Aviation Sevices Provides Professional, Volunteer, FAA Regulatory Oversight Advisement And Support To The George T. Baker Aviation Technical College Of Miami, Florida

Shown above is Mr. Jimmy Perez of Mach One Aviation Services a long time trusted friend and colleague of the 94th AeroClaims-Aviation Consultant Group (94th ACG) who was hand picked by Mr.Benny F. Benitez, Founder and CEO of the 94th ACG to serve on the Industry Advisory Board at George T. Baker Aviation Technical College. Jimmy is shown reviewing the School FAR-147, FAA approved operation manual and advising on incorporating additional improvement so as to improve a living document for the benefit of the school

Both the 94th ACG and Mach One Aviation Services are always up to date on all related FAA published documents to include, but not limited to the latest Airworthiness Directives (A.D's), manufactures Service Bulletins (S.B's) and as shown above Advisory Circulars (A.C's)

Being well versed on the rigors of Crew Resource Management (CRM) for both civilian and military aircrews, as well being seasoned aviation risk management professionals, the 94th ACG has always advocated and press the local FAA about the concern of CRM within the maintenance realm of the local South Florida FAA, FAR-145 shops, as the "Dirty Dozen" as listed above is prevalent within the many heavy maintenance shops in Miami where many technicians work their primary jobs at one facility with many often "moon lighting" at a second facility back to back with no rest in between

Miami, Florida 20th April 2017: As the appointed Chair of of District Industry Advisory Board for the George T. Baker Aviation Technical College since 2013, Mr, Benny F. Benitez, Founder and CEO of the 94th AeroClaims-Aviation Consultant Group (94th ACG) has gone to great length to assist George T. Baker in securing and bring professional industry experienced professionals so as to apply their tutelage and experience for the benefit of the student body and faculty. Such is the case in recruiting and inviting Mr Jimmy Perez, owner of Mach One Aviation Services a respected and trusted aviation consultancy group who specializes in Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations concerning the establishment and maintaining compliance of Federal Aviation Regulation (FAR)-145 approved repair and overhaul facilities to sit on the board of advisers.
Jimmy proven and known talents and accomplishments are recognized and respected at local FAA Flight Standard District Office (FSDO)-19 of South Florida and with that level of respect and experience, the George T. Baker Aviation Technical College is greatly benefiting from it, as their FAA approved FAR-147 manual which stipulates Baker being an approved FAA maintenance training facility is being given a once over to ensure that what has been written and approved within the manual is in fact reflected in the actual day to day procedures and operational to ensure full adherence. The idea as created by Benny of the 94th ACG in working closely with Jimmy is to encourage and foster a sense regulatory awareness by the teachers undertaking monthly self audits of their class rooms and training areas so as to mimic what industry does in keeping regulation compliance. Talent and experience such as from either gentlemen and the other seasoned members of the advisory board is what give the George T. Baker Aviation Technical College a tremendous edge in keeping current with industry and ensures proper compliance all around.
