Doral. Florida 9th Jaunary 2010: For the 94th AeroClaims-Aviation Consultant Group the New Year started off with a heavy U.S. Department of Defesnese influence and exposure.

Despite the cold and frigged temperatures that has gripped and besieged the Miami area since the commencement of the New Year, all but the hardest of souls braved the elements to answer the invite call sent forth by the U.S. South Command Commanding General, General Fraser (USAF) to a post New Year gathering at the Doral Golf Resort.
Dignitaries from Foreign Allied Nations and Governments, as well as prominent local business leaders to include State, County and City officials were all in attendance to help General Fraser, his family and his Command celebrate the New Year!
Seizing the opportunity, Mr. Benitez was able to hold side bar conferences with various ranking officers and visiting dignitaries on many military and commercial aviation issues. One such conversation was held with U.S. Southern Command Chief of Staff, Brigadier General David C. Garza (USMC) concerning the Marine Corp aviation maintenance issues on the Marine Corp new Bell Textron Tilt-Rotor, V-22 Ospery .

Mr. Benitez explained to Brigadier General Garza as to how Commercial Aviation support could be used a stabilizing affect toward Latin American Allied Nations air commerce. The General was delighted on this insight and extended an open door visitation to his office, so as to forge a stronger link between the community and the Command. Other such conversations and exposure of the Miami Aviation Suuport Market were held with the Honorary Consul of the Country of Guyana, the Honorable Mr. Ramzan Roshanali.
Other notable mentioned included Mr. Brain C. Dawson of IBC Airways a locally based Miami Airline which operates the SAAB 340 and Fairchild Merlin II Turboprop aircraft's often in support of U.S. Southern Command.

Opa Locka, Florida 5th January 2010: In their constant professional service and consultant relationship with the U.S. Department of Defense and various Agencies, as well as their professional forged relationship with the Coast Guard Air Station Miami, the 94th AeroClaims-Aviation Consultant Group in relationship with the Eastern Airlines Flight 401 Tribute Group (http://www.ealflt401.blogspot.com/) was called upon by the Station Commanding Officer, Captain Richard Kenin to enhance their annual aviation safety stand up period. In their constant support for all U.S Governmental Agencies, the 94th AeroClaims-Aviation Consultant Group answered the called. As a former Naval Aircrewman with over 1,500 logged Lockheed P-C Orion flight hours, Benny F. Benitez muster up a costumed tailored presentation to his fellow shipmates.

Aside of U.S. Coast Guard Aircrewmen, aircrews from Federal, State and Local Law Enforcement & Rescue Agencies were also present and took in the valuable training of the day. The presentation as to where Crew Resource Management (CRM) started within the industry was know to all present which was the legacy of the lost of Eastern Airlines Flight 401. Also in attendance to added the value of the training was Captain Al Haynes of United Airlines 1989, Sioux City, Iowa DC-10 crash. The lost of Eastern Airline Flight 401 aircraft N310EA a Lockheed L-1011 established Crew Resource Management and to date Captain Al Haynes experience with the handling of his aircraft N1819U, a McDonnell Douglas DC-10 on 19th July 1989, which resulted in the saving of 111 lives out of 296 souls onboard is to date the ultimate in CRM and proved that CRM worked.

The last operator of the aircraft was a research and development organization from Columbus, Ohio known as Snow Aviation. N130SA is the only C-130A equipped with an early version of a digital cockpit

Andalusia, Alabama, 29th October, 2009: Living up to its industry recognized reputation of being able to deploy to any spot on the Globe within 72 hours once secured and instructed by the client, the 94th AeroClaims-Aviation Consultant Group (94th ACG) found themselves in Andalusia, Alabama to undertake the regulatory, technical and ground operational review, inspection and appraisal of a Lockheed C-130A.

Deploying from their main base in Miami, Florida via road transport, elements of the (94th ACG) converged onto Andalusia, Alabama from Miami and Ohio and wasted no time to review every piece of paper and applied a fine tooth comb review of the aircraft. As an A-model C-130, N130SA, s/n 3035, U.S.A.F s/n 55-00088 was found to be in acceptable and ready shape to be utilized with only a minimal effort for a return to service.

One note worth mentioning is that this aircraft is equipped with a one of a kind electrical system not normally found on "common" world operational C-130's. The specialized, one of a kind, F.A.A. Approved Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) was engineered and installed by Snow Aviation, Inc., thus making N130SA a "highly specialized" C-130. N130SA marks the third C-130 in which the (94th ACG) has dealt within their past six years of operational / real world experience in dealing with C-130's.

North Miami 14th October 2009: Established in 1920 and celebrating their 90th anniversary, the Women In Zion Organization (WIZO) extended a welcome to their invited guest Benny F.
