The 94th AeroClaims-Aviation Consulting Group Assist Credomatic Bank with RVSM Issues toward their Lear 60

May-September 2006 Miami, Florida: The 94th AeroClaims-Aviation Consulting Group(94th ACG)was called upon by the Credomatic Bank of Nicaragua to assist them in obtaining their Reduced Vertical Spacing Means "RVSM" certification for their Bombardier LearJet 60, N380BA, s/n 292.
The 94th ACG provided their technical publication expertise to create Credomatic Flight Department RVSM Manual for FAA review and certification.
The Firm liaised and engaged with the Miami Flight District International Office (FSDIO) who oversee all regulatory and certification issues on U.S. Registered aircraft which operate in Latin America, so as to assist Credomatic in obtaining full RVSM certification. Credomatic RVSM manual was created in accordance with all applicable FAR's, advise and guidance received from the FAA.
Despite having to deal with the common bureaucracy that appears to stymie the FAA at times, as well as an embarrassing issue in which the local FSDIO actually lost the submitted RVSM manual with their very own office spaces resulted in Firm having various meetings with the FSDIO manager and after expressing thier displeasure the Firm contacted the local Congressional office of the honorable Congressman Lincoln Diaz Belard (Rep.) who serves on U.S. Aviation Sub-Committee, the manual was found and approved by the FAA with no further delays.

July-November, 2008 Minneapolis, Michigan: The 94th AeroClaims-Aviation Consulting Group (94th ACG) was called up by Sea Planes of Key West to provided technical and regulatory assistance in conducting their pre-buy, physical inspection and records audit toward a Cessna 206 and 208 amphibian aircraft at the Wipaire facility in Minneapolis. Our inspection covered all aspects of both aircraft's and their associated technical records.
The 94th ACG successfully coordinated the Pratt & Whitney pre-buy Boroscope inspection of the C-208 PT6A Turbo-Prop engine, as well as the ferry flight of the C-208 from Minneapolis to Miami.
The 94th ACG is one if not the only Miami, Florida based Aviation Consulting Firm with an established background in Hydro-Aviation and who's interest in Hyrdo-Aviation is extensive and recognized by the worlds oldest and established organization within this realm of aviation, we refer to the Beriev Design Bureau of Russia, the world leader in Hydro-Aviation design.

The 94th AeroClaims-Aviation Consulting Group Operates Out Managua, Nicaragua Bell 206 Inspection


May 25-29th, 2007 Managua, Nicaragua: Bay Shore Helicopter, Inc. of Miami, Florida called upon the 94th AeroClaims-Aviation Consulting Group (94th ACG) to assist them in the inspection and sale of their Bell 206 "Bell Ranger" N5006H (s/n 2475).
The 94th ACG travel to Managua, Nicaragua to inspect the Bell 206B "Bell Ranger" Helicopter and review the applicable technical records. N5006H was being present to the Government of Daniel Ortega, the current President of Nicaragua.
The 94th ACG met with key official of the Nicaraguan Government and had the ability to briefly meet President Ortega, who was very inquisitive about Helicopters. Assigning one of our more experienced rotary associated-consulting technicians, Mr. Jose H. Leal FAA A&P Lic. (shown above), the 94th ACG conducted their technical / regulatory due diligence in allocated time and with the highest level of professionalism and quality.
Our reputation with Government officials in Latin America has exposed our name and reputation to the Presidential Offices of Nicaragua and Peru.
94th ACG Rotary experience also includes the fact that the 94th ACG is the official representative for ENSTROM Helicopters into the Caribbean and Central American region since 2004 and also works closely with Humes McCoy Aviation of Atlanta, Georgia, another Helicopter organization and in 2005 approached Hindustand Aeronautics, Ltd of Bombay India to be their technical representative for the Latin American region concerning their indigenous built "Dhruv" Multi-Mission Helicopter of which dialogs continue between Miami and Bombay.

July, 2007 -On Going: Ever since July of 2007, the 94th AeroClaims-Aviation Consulting Group (94th ACG) has been providing technical, regulatory and administrative advisement and guidance to the owners of the sole Russian, FAA Certified, operational Beriev, Be-103 in the whole of South Florida and the Caribbean. The aircraft N13KL, with Russian manufacture s/n 3301 is currently based out of Opa-Locka Airport (KOPF) and operates under FAR Part 91.
In coloration with ALCA Avionics, an approved and fully certified FAA Repair Station, also based at Opa Locka Airport, provide the technical man-power and under the consulting guidance of the 94th ACG, all aircraft scheduled maintenance items are addressed and maintained. The 94th ACG has the unique distension of being the ONLY Aviation Consulting Firm in the Country to overseer the first ever Russian-type / made aircraft to receive U.S. FAA Type Certification. The 94th AeroClaims-Aviation Consulting Group in Puerto Rico as Technical Surveyors for a Miami based Law Firm

September 20-21st, 2007 San Juan, Puerto Rico: The 94th AeroClaims-Aviation Consulting Group (94th ACG) established and recognized ability to transcend the realm between the technical and legal arenas of Aviation and having served as "Aviation Legal Expert Witness" toward many cases in Miami, with an established record of successful ending toward the many legal cases in which they served on as well as being chosen by the Miami-Dade County District Attorney's Office to act as the D.A. Aviation Expert Witness in the landmark case toward two former America West Airline Pilots, who were charged with being intoxicated, and who were successfully prosecuted, in the first ever case in the U.S. where as Airline Pilots were found guilty and charged to serve jail time for alcoholic intoxication while on duty at the control of an Airbus A-319, the 94th ACG was called upon yet another Miami based Legal Firm.
The Law Firm of Stearns, Weaver, Miller and Weissier called upon the 94th ACG to assist them as their Technical Surveyors concerning a ground incident at the Santana FBO involving their client, a Puerto Rican based cargo carrier, known as 4 Star Air Cargo. The subject aircraft a Douglas DC-3, bearing tail No. 131FS, sustained extensive ground damage while stationary to its rudder and elevator areas as a result of being blown by a Bombardier Global Express belonging to United Technologies, bearing tail No. N34U whistle taxing into the Santana FBO ramp area.
The 94th ACG deployed to San Juan, Puerto Rico to inspected and document the damaged aircraft to assist the Firm toward their legal approach on behave of their client.

94th AeroClaims-Aviation Consulting Group Audits and Inspected the Peruvain Presidental B737-500 FAP-356


September 10-14th, 2007 Lima, Peru: The Montreal, Canadian based Company known as ACASS called up the 94th AeroClaims-Aviation Consulting Group of Miami (94th ACG) to act as their technical / regulatory advisers and auditors concerning the inspection and review of the Peruvian Presidential Boeing 737-500, bearing Peruvian Air Force s/n FAP-356 on behave of a Saudi Arabian client who was considering the aircraft for purchase.
The experience of the 94th ACG concerning Boeing Maintenance Program Documents (MPD) and their technical due diligence reviled serious problems with the schedule maintenance program in as the Peruvian Air Force (FAP) accomplished all of their scheduled 2 year Boeing interval checks in accordance with the Boeing Low Utilization Maintenance Program "LUMP" but they were all off by one year in sequence.
The aircraft which was delivered by Boeing to the (FAP) in 1995 should have had its first C-check done in 1997, but instead it was accomplished in 1998 and all checks therefore were off by one year. Subsequently, other issues such as the Boeing PATS Aux-Fuel Tank (A.D.) were discovered by the 94th ACG which made the aircraft unappealing to the Saudi buyer and therefore was not purchased. The 94th ACG experience and recommendation saved the potential buyer from serious conformity / certification problems thus making the 94th ACG a well worth "Added Value" market assest.

94th AeroClaims-Aviation Consulting Group Assist GA Telesis to Repo their B727's from Lloyd Aero Boliviano


June 5-16th, 2007 Cochabama, Bolivia: Linguistically capable, bi-lingual in Spanish and armed with an established presence and level of experience with such issues as maintenance, engineering, project management and leasing / contract, the 94th AeroClaims-Aviation Consulting Group was called upon by GA Telesis of Fort Lauderdale, Florida to assist them in the repossession of two of their B727-200's CP-2455 formerly N910PG (s/n 2206) and CP-2324 formerly N918PG (s/n 21823) from the 80 year old Bolivian carrier known as Lloyd Aero Bolivano (LAB), the Country's first established commercial airlines for lack of payment in excess of 18 months.
Our experience concerning aircraft leasing / contracts dates back to our experience with ITOCHU AirLease in which we assisted their technical department when ITOCHU was based in Greenwich, CT. Our experience also extend to working with GECAS and CIT in these matters.
Oddly enough, 94th ACG Founder & CEO "Benny" was on site with his team in engaged dialog with LAB leaders, as well as with the local Bolivian DGAC in Cochabama concerning what then appeared to be the ultimate shut down of one of Latin America's oldest Airline dating back to the 1920's.
The name "Beni / Benny" signifying the start and the end of Bolivian commercial aviation, as LAB first commercial aircraft in service dating back to 1920 was a Junkers F.13 float plane called "Beni". And "Benny" was the name of the person who objective / mission on behave of the client, GA Telesis was to yank the two remaining operational aircraft from LAB's fleet. The Alpha and the Omega shared the same name.
